Service Agreement
By using the ZanElimu platform, you agree to follow these terms and conditions:
• You must be a parent or legal guardian to create an account for a child
• You are responsible for your account security and all activities under your account
• You agree to provide accurate and current information
• You will use our services only for lawful educational purposes
• You will not share account credentials with unauthorized persons
Educational Services
ZanElimu provides the following educational services:
• Access to video lessons for Math, Science, and English
• Progress tracking and reporting features
• Mobile app access and content streaming
• Parent dashboard and analytics
We strive to provide high-quality educational content but do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
Payment and Billing
Payment terms for ZanElimu services:
• Subscription fees are charged in advance
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Refunds are available within 14 days of subscription start
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
User Responsibilities
As a user of ZanElimu, you agree to:
• Supervise your child's use of the platform
• Report any inappropriate content or behavior immediately
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse our services
• Respect intellectual property rights of all content
• Not share subscription access with non-family members
• Keep your account information secure and updated
